FutureImpact is the education division offered and supported by Pregnancy Choices, a non-profit organization.  FutureImpact is an abstinence-until-marriage program appropriate for ages 12-18, serving Skagit County and Stanwood communities.

Conceived in 1997, FutureImpact has impacted thousands of students with this positive, life-impacting message and has become part of the health curriculum in many schools. Our professionally trained and high-energy speakers have a passion for this program and love interacting with teens.

FutureImpact offers the following programs.

>“Healthy Relationships” presentation

This 2-3 day interactive presentation is geared toward class room settings. It defines the risks of sexual involvement outside of marriage, yet emphasizes the many positive aspects of waiting. This curriculum provides a positive life-changing message from which every student can benefit. Our student evaluations have shown an average 33% attitude change towards abstinence in middle and high school after hearing this message!

Included at the high school level we will discuss the biggest sex organ – their brain! Does pornography really harm anybody?  Discover the risks of sexual addiction, harmless intention, and lasting effects.

Approximate time: 120 minutes
> “You, Me and an STD”

This 1-day curriculum takes a fun, yet educational look at the risks of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) and how easily they can be transmitted. An explanation of the top STDs will be discussed and then demonstrated through a dice game of how risky STDs really are. Students will interact in a wedding drama and see how prior physical relationships can put a marriage at risk. Discussion of the types of influences in their lives is openly discussed.
